We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Returns:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened perfumes and fragrances.
• Gift cards.
• Sale or discounted items.
